New Baby Card

Hi everyone,

This evening I've made a new baby card for my husband's cousin. I've had to make a few recently but always struggle as I don't really have many stamps etc for new baby cards. Hopefully the recipient will like this card though...

The stamp is a Docrafts daisy and dandelion one I've had for ages and I used copics to colour it in - E35, E53, E57, E59. The backing paper is from the Boofle paper pack.

I also want to enter this card into the Cards Galore Challenge. The theme for this month is Colour inspiration - to make a card with the following colours:

Fairy Card

Hello everyone,

Now that I am working full time again, I am trying to make sure that I keep up the crafting as it's a good way to relax and I do enjoy it when I actually sit down to do some. One good way to do this is to enter some challenges, so I have made a card for the My Mum's Craft Shop Challenge. This week's challenge theme is "Favourite Stamp". A few months ago I went to a workshop at My Mum's Craft Shop to learn how to colour with Copic Pens and really enjoyed it, so since then I have been collecting copics and stamps to colour in with them! One of my new stamps is this fairy stamp by Lili of the Valley which I think is lovely. I saw a few other people's cards with it on and decided I had to have it! It is really versatile as you can change the colours to match whatever papers you want to use and it's a good stamp to practise blending on, so at the moment it is my favourite stamp!

I used a mixture of promarkers and copics to colour in the image. I used coral, honeycomb and vanilla promarkers for the dress. For the hair I used Copics; E53, E57 and E59.

Cards for Emma's Crafty Challenge

Evening all,

Well here's two cards that I made recently. The first is a new baby card for a friend.

I struggled for ages trying to make this card - had all the bits ready but couldn't get a layout I was happy with. This month Emma's Crafty Challenge is a sketch and this gave me the perfect inspration for the card - once I used the sketch I got it done in no time!

I also had a wedding card to make, so thought I would use the same sketch. 

I would like to enter both these cards into Emma's Crafty Challenge.

An engagement card

Evening all,

I found the forever friends embellishment in a bargain bin for 50p so was a bit of a bargain!

My first post and Father's Day
