Oh Christmas Tree...
Hi everyone,
I've been busy making Christmas cards and have now done a total of 40 so I am nearly there but still got a few to make! I made this card using the Inkylicious Starter Pack that I bought at the Craft Fair in September. I don't usually make this kind of card so was a bit different for me! Think I need some more practise with the ink dusters but I am quite pleased with how it turned out. Going to try to do some more cards like this at the weekend. I used Faded Jeans and Dusty Concord Distress Inks.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Allsorts - Bring on the Bling
Cards Galore - Silhouette
Thanks for looking!

30th Birthday Card + Jewellery
Evening everyone,
Today I'd like the share a card and presents that I made for a good friend's 30th birthday.
I used the Boofle papers and stickers for this card.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly - Flower Power
Divas by Design - Anything Goes
I also made some jewellery for her as it was a special birthday.
I used silver findings and chains, pearl beads and coppery-brown colourerd beads. I was really pleased with how they turned out - my friend said she liked them too so hope she enjoys wearing them.
I would like to enter the jewellery into the following challenge:
Allsorts Challenge - Its a Gift
As always, I love to hear your comments. Thanks for looking.

Christmas Cards
Hello!!
I have a few more Christmas cards to share with you this evening. Last year for Christmas I received some Forever Friends stamps so was really keen to use them this year. I coloured them with my copics and used Tulip papers for the second one. I have sooooo many papers for Christmas cards but still keep going back to these!
I would like to enter my second card into the following challenges:
Crafty Bloggers Network - Christmas Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Divas by Design - Something Cute
I hope you like them and would love to hear your comments.

My first daybook
Hi everyone,
Thought I would share something a bit different with you this evening. I recently joined a group on Facebook called "Daybook Delights". This is a fab group with so much inspiration. Have a look at Cathy Vee's blog to find out more about daybooks. (Also look at her daybooks - they are amazing!) Basically daybooks are like scrapbooks but they are more informal than the 12x12 layouts. You can buy daybooks and lots of accessories by Amy Tangerine, but a lot of people in the group make their own. After seeing all their fab books I was inspired to make my own and thought I would share it with you. Here are a few pictures...
I have sewn it together using some cord I had and just used a compass to make the holes - nothing fancy! Daybooks are great because you can use your scraps - they look more interesting if not all the pages are regular. I would normally go for all co-ordinated papers but wanted to go a bit random with this one (plus I didn't have a lot of double-sided papers to use!). I wanted to fill this book with photos and bits from our holiday in Wales. I have nearly finished it, so will post pictures when it's done.
Thanks for looking and would love to read your comments.
